We have a professional landscaping company that taking care of our plants and flowers in Desa Putra now, we see flowers are blooming and felt like living in a resort.

LRT Refurbishment Work Round the Clock

The contractor work round the clock, some of the work can only be able to carry out after 12 mid night after the train stopped. Although it is a bit noisy but happy to know that the LRT Station is opening soon.
Contractor need heavy hacking because the cement was too long and it is "dead cement", so need to be hacked before tiles can be laid on it.
Management has sent complaint to DBKL (city hall) to ask them to minimise the work during night time as DP is about 90% occupied.
We also hope that the security in parameter fencing bordering the LRT Station land be increased as there are workers staying in the 2 cabin there.

Inflation never been so high during Tun Mahatir's Times

The petrol price increased by 70 cents in June 2008, and all foods price are also increased from 10% to 100% and some even more within a month.
Now, when the petrol price reduced but the foods price will never reduced. Just imagine the "DAMAGE" done, the life will never be the same anymore.
There are many Malaysian live in Kampung survived with less than RM3.50 a day especially those from Sarawak, Sabah, Kelantan and Trengganu.

1. Amendment, acceptance and adoption of previous Minutes of Meeting
There was no review of the previous Minutes of Meeting (MoM#3) since this meeting was intended to meet up with the newly appointed Property Manager - Burgess Rawson Management Sdn Bhd (hereinafter referred to as “BR”) for Desa Putra whose services will come into effect from 1st August 2008.

3.1 Appointment of Service Providers
The meeting discussed on a few proposals of each category of service, which were submitted by some potential service providing companies to JMC through BR. 2. Defect List
The Developer (MSL Properties/GQA) was informed that despite the defect list had been submitted to the Developer since January 2008, the issue has been outstanding to-date and no attempt of rectification was made tangible to JMC. The Developer advised the meeting that its consultant and contractors would hold a joint inspection on 31st July 2008 at 1000 hrs, Desa Putra site and welcomed BR to join such inspection. BR agreed to send their personnel to do so.

3. Spring Cleaning
BR informed the meeting that without extra charge, on the 1st August 2008, there would be a spring cleaning for all the blocks including lifts and car-parks floors where the fire water hose at a respective car-park floor would be used as a cleaning instrument with the intention to simultaneously conduct the integrity test of the fire water hose.

4. Cleaning of the Lifts
The meeting agreed that BR would remove the ply-wood sheets in all the lifts and clean. The Developer promised to replace the missing light-covers in all the lifts.

A Special Guest to Desa Putra

This guy entered DP without access card and also never registered with Guard House, therefore our security guard chasing after this suspect. They suspected that he was involved in a break-in case in Desa Putra.
Our guard remand him for a few hours before he ran away, not sure whether his gang is still up there in the hill. They may come in a bigger number to do more break-in during festive season.
Because of this, we have tightened our security and increase the personnel by 50% especially during this Ramadan Month and coming Hari Raya Puasa.
