After many many complaints from residents of Metroview and Wangsa Maju (section 2), DBKL finally come to enforce the law to ensure public rights are not jeopardized.
However, please do not be too happy. All the stalls are back in there the very next day after they were taken away by DBKL.
Also, some hawkers may have some special treatment who may be exempted to follow regulations, especially those well connected with VIP.
