The M&E consultant of Desa Putra Condo advised that vehicles exceeded 2.50 Tons should not be allowed in to the building as the design may not be able to sustain the weight in long term. Therefore, management will come out with guidelines for this purposes to safeguard the safety of the building and residents here.
Owner should take note to ensure Desa Putra value will continue to increase and advise your tenant (if any) to follow the instruction of Management to avoid any argument in future.
