Not easy to be JMC that can satisfied everyone

OWNERS and tenants of the Amcorp Trade Centre who had been frustrated with their present Joint Management Committee (JMC) were prevented from holding an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) here recently by a court injunction.

This was despite the fact that the owners and tenants had received a notice from Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) Commissioner of Buildings Datuk Mohamad Roslan Sakiman to hold the EGM.

Rainy Day in KL

It is a rainy season in Malaysia with almost rain every evening. Today is Saturday and it rain heavily again, and there was flash flood in PJ. Hot weather but rain everyday, people get sick easily.

World Recession Coming?

In 1997, the world recession started off in Thailand. Yesterday, Thailand heading the list of tumbles with sharemarket down at 6.48%. Hopefully this cycle of recession will not be as bad as 1997.
