Not easy to be JMC that can satisfied everyone

From Star Newspaper:

OWNERS and tenants of the Amcorp Trade Centre who had been frustrated with their present Joint Management Committee (JMC) were prevented from holding an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) here recently by a court injunction.

This was despite the fact that the owners and tenants had received a notice from Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) Commissioner of Buildings Datuk Mohamad Roslan Sakiman to hold the EGM.

Hi, no worries here at Desa Putra as I think that you guys are doing a really good job. Things are getting better, everything works especially few days ago saw that the broken tiles in the lift were all replaced. That is an eye sore everytime I come home, now no more. Thanks to you and the team....
