Feedback from Prasarana on LRT Station

With regards to bacterium comment on the LRT, please see enclosed attached fax which coincidentally came in the same time from Syarikat Prasarana on this matter among others based our written letter to them much earlier. Therefore we can happily confirm that there will be a direct link up with the LRT station on all parties from the condo JMB to the developer and the owner of the LRT station itself. The JMB shall provide the security and access control, the developer and the owner of the LRT shall provide the pathway to the station itself.

On the matter of security, the management company has been tasked to look into the costing for a high security full height turnstill system to control the access tightly for ingress and egress from the condo to the LRT station. Further to that, a security personnel will be based at the P4 gate to check all persons coming in and out of the turnstill gate to /fro the condo and the LRT station. With this, we hope that the LRT station which is now literally a door away will help to boost the value of the condo even further but also provide an ease of convenience for the residents not found in any other residential development elsewhere in Klang Valley. Further updates will be posted from time to time on this matter as things progress onwards.

My Appreciation to my neighbor (C-3-1), the management and Security team of Desa Putra Condominium

The Condominium Team has proven me that they are a collection of skillful, professionals and caring individuals. I am also happy for having caring community in Desa Putra.

My name is Rasyeed from block C. Yesterday morning (10.25am) my wife, who was at work, received shocking call from Brian (Condo Manager) that our daughter (Farah Dina: Year 2) was left inside the house alone by our maid. We were told that our daughter was crying for considerable long period and is in shock.

Thank God, at that instance, I was in Wangsa Maju and managed to come back in a short period. When I arrived, I found my daughter was tried to consoled by one of the guard and my neighbor. I was told that the neighbor heard the child crying for a long time and decided to inform the guard immediately. The concerned neighbor, the management and the guard prevented my daughter from going through extreme trauma.

Syabas and I say thank you to the management and security team, keep up the great work.

PENGHARGAAN KEPADA JIRAN SAYA (C-3-1), PIHAK PENGURUSAN DAN KESELAMATAN DESA PUTRA KONDOMINIUM
Pihak beramanah desa putra kondominium telah membuktikan kepada saya bahawa mereka adalah kumpulan yang cekap, proffesional dan prihatin. Saya juga gembira kerana ahli Desa Putra mempunyi semangat kejiran yang murni.

Nama saya Rasyeed dari Block C. Semalam pagi (10.25am) isteri saya, yang ketika itu sedang bekerja, telah dikejutkan dengan panggilan dari Brian (Pengurus Kondo) bahawa anak kami (Farah Dina: 2 Tahun) telah ditinggalkan keseorang didalam rumah oleh pembantu kami. Anak kami diberitahu sedang menangis untuk sekian lama dan didalam keadaan renjatan (shock)

Syukur kehadrat Ilahi, pada ketika itu saya berada di kawasan Wangsa Maju, maka saya dapat pulang ke Desa Putra dalam masa yang singkat. Semasa saya sampai, saya dapati anak saya cuba ditenangkan oleh pengawal serta jiran saya. Saya diberitahu oleh jiran bahawa dia terdengar tangisan anak saya lantas memberitahu pengawal dibawah. Tindakkan prihatin dan cekap dari jiran dan pengawal telah menghindarkan anak saya dari mengalami truma yang lebih teruk.

Syabas dan terima kasih saya ucapkan kepada pihak pengurusan dan keselamatan atas kecekapan, keprihatinan dan sifat professional saudara. Teruskan kecemerlangan saudara.

Car Parking infront of lobby under the nose of Security Guard

This inconsiderate resident parking car in front of lobby, hindering other resident to drop off or pick up children or family member. This also happen during raining day, which other resident got to got off car under the rain. The security guard not able to take strong stand to disallow resident to park here. Definitely, they do not know their duties, or unable to perform their duties. This will affect the image of management company also.

Lately, the passenger lift in Desa Putra Condo were "pasang" with notice board. This will ensure that most residents able to read the notice as the big notice board in ground floor were not so popular due to it location.

Prices of luxury condominiums in KLCC may drop by 30%

KUALA LUMPUR: The property market in Kuala Lumpur could depreciate as much as 10% to 15% going forward, while the prices of high-end condominiums in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) area may fall up to 30% in the next two to three months, said property consultant Rahim & Co.

The rest of the property market in Malaysia was expected to remain stable, it said.

“The drop in prices will be more drastic in the KLCC area due to higher price escalation that (it had enjoyed) from 2005 to 2008,” said Datuk Abdul Rahim Rahman, executive chairman of Rahim & Co.

“We are beginning to feel the impact on property in KLCC that depends on foreign buyers.”

Wangsa Maju Crime Rate Worrisome

Wangsa Maju seems to be a hotspot for violent attacks where victims end up dying, with the third such incident in recent months.

Coming on the heels of attacks against two college students — one stabbed near the Wangsa Maju LRT station and the other attacked by a mob of 17 — the latest victim is sales promoter Ryan Ng Wuy Loon, 26, who was stabbed to death about 9.30pm on Friday.

Ng, from Ipoh, was believed to be walking towards a restaurant when he was approached by two men on a motorcycle.

The killers were believed to have then pointed a knife at him and demanded his wallet and mobile phone.

Ng tried to escape and they attacked him, stabbing him on the left side of his body. They rode off, as Ng fell down, bleeding.
