The notice board has been put up by Landserve today, and there is a notice with regard to the issuance of access card. According to the notice, the collection date is from 21/12/2007-29/12/2007.
For tenant, you need a authorised letter from owner together with a copy of tenancy agreement. All the maintenance fees must be settled before you can get your access card. There will also be registration of occupants when issuing the access card.
