Last week, we saw the new cleaning company try to clean the lobby, however, due to various reasons we did not see much improvement in the cleaningness. If after 1-2 weeks, the cleaningness level is still the same then JMC should consider to make changes again.

HI, TONY, SO FAR I THINK THEY ARE THE BEST HOWEVER, THE LEVEL OF WORK ALWAYS COME WITH FEES THAT WE PAID. JMC IS DEDICATED TO DO BEST FOR THE OWNERS AND RESIDENTS.
I don't know how much cleaning is needed but I think they need a longer time to really clean up mess left behind?

yes, they need longer time(may be a month or 2). But at least certain part should be cleaned within and slowly all the place will be clean. If their method is correct, then at least some ground floor lobby should be clean by now.
