House Rules with regards to Renovation, Delivery and Removal

Page 16, Article 7.0 Renovation, Delivery and Removal

7.1 Working Hours
Renovation, delivery and removal works shall be carried out within the following hours:-
Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 5.00pm On Sundays & public holidays residents shall not carry out renovation, delivery and removal works unless by prior written consent from the Management for cases of emergency.

Due to recent tightened of security and enforcement of house rules (which previously were poorly enforced), we found that some owners/residents were caught into problems when doing delivery outside hours that house rules allowed.

Most house owners/residents never read the house rules, therefore it shall be the JOBS of Management to highlight the critical rules in notice board and other noticeable location. This will avoid many unnecessary argument or even "fighting" with security guards.

hi,
i've been talking to one of the resident and she complained about her visiting father had to pay rm5.00 per day in order to park at desa putra.
is this true? if it isn't, then please investigate this matter. if it is true, then shame on the management for charging visitor to park inside desa putra.

and one more thing, how many visitor carparks does desa putra has? i went out with a friend on sunday and later, we decided to have dinner at my place (desa putra). on the way in, the security said that all visitor carparks are full. after that, when i got inside, i went to my bedroom window and saw a lot of empty lots at P4. can somebody explain to me please, why the security guard wouldn't allow us to park at P4. thanks, and i'm really sorry for posting this at the wrond section.
