Although it is a bit late but i think it is worthy to spend this money for long term purposes (which definitely will reduce the lift maintenance charges). Currently, the maintenance of lifts is more than RM6000 per month.

Keep up ur good work. We really appreciate to see our lift being protected and conserved well.
Btw our JMC brothers, please do something with our pathetic barrier gate. If possible replace its type with more presentable and affordable one e.g. like in lojing heights 1 and the tamarind.
As others always said, the first impression is very important. For us this barrier gate will welcome us and our guest to desa putra. What will u think when u see this pathethic gate before u enter your condo?
It is one off expense that really worth it to consider.
p/s:- BR, pls dont put that plastic table to cover the excess path. It is totally unprofessional.
Is there any camera in the lifts to detect vandalism?
