A contractor was found doing renovation works for Unit A-00-XX at Block A since yesterday morning and still continuing till today. The contractor is using the electricity from the common area and not from the unit itself. When questioned by the Security guards, the contractor mentioned that permission was given to them by Encik Yunus to utilise the electricity supply from the common area.
I have called Anil (Security) to check on this so-called "permission given" and to instruct the contractor to stop work. Anil has confirmed the following :
1. Encik Yunus did give the permission to the contractor
2. Anil has instructed the Contractor to stop work immediately
3. That this report is logged in the Security Report
This case was reported by a JMC member.
JMC also questioned the competency of some ground staff of management company and requested disciplinary action taken against those staff.

Cases of Contractors or Residents found utilising electricity or water supplies at any common areas should be reported immediately to the Security for action. Please ensure that the Security guard logs in the report and a copy is given to the JMC.
It's quite bad the condition with the management attitude of tak mengapa. When is the JMC going to take over Desa Putra and a new management company take over?
