JMC received many many complaints on the residents that hanging clothing on the lanai, hope that every residents will co-operate to prohibit "maid" to hang the cloth there. It looks ugly, what do you think?
The Lanai is one of the most beautiful part of each unit in Desa Putra and should not be misused for drying laundry, especially hanging from the windows or railings. To live in a condo, one must be prepared to invest in a Dryer or use Laundry Service. Small quantity of laundry can be dried on a clothes rack at the Lanai but has to be discreetly placed and not protruding or hanging out. More importantly is that one has to be considerate and mindful about upkeeping the image of the condo and remember that this is Community Living.
