JMC has organised a meeting session with residents and owners, it is as usual that there were only about 60-70 persons attending.
JMC explained on the 2.50% retention funds issue. Asking owners to write to stakeholder lawyer to withhold the sum until all the defects are ratified by developer. We saw developer has rope in the contractors to move around and try to ratify asap, however, the contractor seem to work extremely slow.
JMC introduce the new Management Company "Burgess Rawson" to all the residents and explained on the tightened security measure.
